3. The waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you're giving us permission to email you about Brainstein. Product updates, founding cohort access, launch news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@drinkbrainstein.com.
The waitlist is not a purchase. It does not guarantee a unit. Founding cohort spots are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
4. Use of the site
The site is for personal, non commercial use. Please don't:
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
- Reverse engineer anything.
- Use the site to harm others or break the law.
- Misrepresent who you are.
We can suspend or block access if you do.
5. Intellectual property
Everything on this site (text, design, logos, code, animations, the Brainstein name, the Brainstein wordmark) belongs to us or our licensors. You can read it, share links, and quote short passages with credit. You can't copy, repackage, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Product information
Once products are available, we'll publish ingredient lists, dosages, and usage guidance on the site. We do our best to keep this accurate. If something is wrong, let us know and we'll fix it. Photographs are illustrative and final packaging may differ slightly.
7. Health and supplements
Brainstein products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical condition, talk to a doctor before using.
If you experience an unwanted reaction, stop using and seek medical advice.
8. Orders and payment
When products go live, prices and order details will be shown at checkout. By placing an order you offer to buy from us. We accept the offer when we send a confirmation email. We can refuse an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect abuse.
We use third party payment processors. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
9. Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery windows will be shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier hands the parcel over to you.
10. Cancellations and returns
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on most online purchases. Food supplements that have been opened or damaged may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons. The full return procedure will be linked at checkout once products are live.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@drinkbrainstein.com and we'll make it right.
11. Disclaimers
